• Assemble and deliver trays, following dietary restrictions and allergy protocols.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation and temperature logs; HACCP compliance.
• Restock, wash, and stage equipment to keep service on time.
• Provide friendly, respectful service to patients and staff.
• Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to move care plans.
• Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams.
