Qualifications

• Current state RN licensure in good standing.
• 2+ years in nephrology nursing preferred but CAP2 may be entry level.
• ACUTE dialysis experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Delegate appropriate tasks to direct patient care staff (RNs, LVN/LPNs, PCTs).
• Participate in teaching, leadership and quality improvement activities to enhance patient care outcomes.
• Document in the patient medical record and ensure continuity of care with the dialysis team.
