Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Reno is seeking an Inpatient RN CAP 2 to provide comprehensive care, assessment, and evaluation for an assigned patient group within the CAP program. Qualifications

• Active RN license in the applicable state.
• Experience in nephrology or dialysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for an assigned patient group.
• Coordinate care and delegate tasks to licensed care staff.
• Document patient data and treatment responses in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize outcomes.
