Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state nursing licensure.
• CPR BLS certification required.
• Minimum 9 months RN experience; 12 months preferred.
• 6 months acute dialysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for dialysis patients.
• Coordinate care with RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians.
• Educate patients and families about treatment and home care as needed.
• Ensure documentation and communication with supervisors and physicians.
