• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Current or successful CPR BLS Certification.
• Must meet the practice requirements in all states in which he or she is employed.

Responsibilities

• Performs essential functions under supervision and guidance of RN leadership.
• Collects and analyzes patient data during dialysis treatment and documents in medical records.
• Educates patients and families on learning needs and care plans.
• Directs safe patient care for assigned patients and coordinates with care team.
• Assists with communication between dialysis providers and facility personnel.
