Responsibilities

• Perform essential nursing functions under supervision and with Educator/Preceptor guidance.
• Collect, analyze and document patient data pre-, during-, and post-treatment; adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and learning needs.
• Collaborate with health team for input and patient status changes.
• Provide safe, effective nursing care for dialysis procedures and monitor responses.
