Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry level Registered Nurse to join the Inpatient Services CAP track. You will coordinate care for an assigned patient group, perform assessments, plan and implement interventions, and collaborate with RNs, LVN/LPNs and technicians to ensure safe, effective dialysis care.

The role requires a graduate nurse with active licensure and CPR/BLS certification, with 9–12 months RN experience and a willingness to travel between facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Entry level RN with Nephrology nursing focus, CAP progression
• Minimum 9 months RN experience; 12 months preferred
• Hemodialysis and/or ICU experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients
• Coordinate care and delegate tasks to direct patient care staff as needed
• Participate in teaching, leadership and quality improvement activities
• Maintain accurate documentation in patient records
• Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotation

Education

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Current appropriate state licensure

CPR BLS Certification
