Responsibilities

• Performs clinical duties under supervision with guidance from Educator/Preceptor.
• Collects and analyzes patient data before, during, and after treatment and documents in medical records.
• Educates patients and families on care plans and treatment procedures.
• Directs and provides safe patient care for assigned patients according to prescribed modalities.
• Communicates with dialysis team and facility personnel to ensure continuity of care.
