Fresenius Medical Care in Manchester, NH seeks an entry-level Registered Nurse to join the Clinical Advancement Program. You will provide coordinated care for an assigned patient group, participate in decision-making, teaching, and quality improvement activities within a kidney care team.

Initial training is provided through the CAP with pay and support, including supervision, and travel between facilities as needed. This role requires state RN licensure and CPR/BLS certification.

Formación

• RN entry level for nephrology nursing with less than 2 years of experience
• Minimum 9 months RN experience; 12 months preferred
• 6 months acute dialysis experience preferred
• Hemodialysis and/or ICU experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care under supervision and guidance of nursing staff
• Collect and analyze patient data before, during, and after treatment and adjust plans
• Educate patients and families on learning needs and care plans
• Coordinate with health team for input on patient status and care
• Administer medications and monitor patient response
• Support emergency response measures and staff training
• Serve as a resource and participate in rotation to other locations as needed
