Fresenius Medical Care seeks an entry-level Inpatient Services RN CAP 1 in New Hampshire. The role provides direct patient care with an 11-week paid training program supervised by a Nurse Educator and Preceptor.

No prior RN dialysis experience is required, and you will join a supportive team at Concord/CMC and related NH facilities. The CAP program advances clinical and leadership skills within Fresenius' dialysis network, with opportunities for progression and education.

Qualifikationen

• RN with less than 2 years in nephrology nursing.
• Minimum 9 months as a Registered Nurse; 12 months preferred.
• 6 months acute dialysis experience preferred.
• Hemodialysis and/or ICU experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform essential functions under supervision and guidance from Educator or Supervisor.
• Collect and analyze patient data during the dialysis process and document in the medical record.
• Assess patient/family education needs and provide ongoing education.
• Collaborate with health team and report changes in patient status.
• Deliver safe, effective patient care for prescribed dialysis procedures.
• Coordinate communication with dialysis providers and facility staff to ensure continuity of care.
