The position requires an accredited nursing degree, active RN license, and CPR/BLS certification. You will work with RNs, LVN/LPNs and technicians, potentially travel between facilities, and participate in CAP advancement requirements as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state RN licensure.
• Current or successful CPR/BLS certification.
• Must meet practice requirements in all states of employment.

Aufgaben

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Document patient data and modify treatment plans under supervision.
• Educate patients and families on care needs and post-treatment instructions.
• Collaborate with health care team to ensure quality care and patient safety.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses per policy.
• Support and participate in quality improvement activities within the unit.
• Assist with on-call rotation and travel between facilities as needed.
