Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry level RN for Inpatient Services CAP across assigned locations. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within a collaborative nephrology dialysis team.

The role includes coordination with supervisors, physicians, and staff, plus ongoing education and leadership activities to support program operations and quality improvement in dialysis care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• CPR BLS Certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for assigned patients.
• Collect and analyze patient data pre-during-post treatment and adjust plan as needed.
• Educate patients and families on care needs and discharge planning.
• Coordinate with dialysis providers and facility staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments.
