Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health related field is required.
• Nevada licensure as CSW, MFT, or CP Counselor is required.
• Non-Violent Crisis Intervention training within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient evaluations and assessments from interviews and records.
• Identifies problems and determines eligibility for programs.
• Participates in treatment planning and team meetings.
• Performs crisis interventions for patients under stress.
• Conducts individual, family, and group therapy.
• Assesses daily living, education, and vocational needs; plans interventions.
• Develops discharge and aftercare plans.
• Documents progress in the EMR and communicates with staff.
• Reviews services for evidence-based practices and policy compliance.
• Provides clinical supervision over lower level staff and interns.
