Qualifications

• Current permanent United States work authorization required.
• Working in the United States day shift schedule required.
• 2+ years previous experience as an inpatient coding auditor.
• 3+ years previous experience in coding inpatient hospital accounts.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Audit inpatient coders and offshore auditors to ensure coding accuracy and 95% DRG accuracy.
• Perform quality checks and calibration audits per client SOPs.
• Prepare audit reports and provide feedback to coders and auditors.
• Review documentation to support ICD-CM/DRG assignments and identify HACs/PSIs.
• Communicate findings with client teams and internal stakeholders.
