Qualifications

• Current permanent United States work authorization is required.
• 2+ years experience as an inpatient coding auditor.
• 3+ years experience in coding inpatient hospital accounts.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Audit inpatient coders and offshore auditors to ensure DRG accuracy of 95% or higher.
• Perform quality checks on visits coded per client SOPs.
• Conduct calibration audits and share findings with offshore counterparts.
• Provide feedback to coders and participate in client or internal meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of coding guidelines and regulatory requirements.
