Qualifications

• Current permanent United States work authorization required.
• Day shift schedule in the United States.
• 2+ years as inpatient coding auditor.
• 3+ years inpatient coding hospital accounts.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, SharePoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with excellent follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Audit inpatient coders and offshore auditors to ensure 95% DRG accuracy.
• Perform quality checks on visits coded per client SOPs.
• Prepare audit reports and provide direct feedback to coders and auditors.
• Communicate effectively with client teams and payers.
• Maintain knowledge of ICD-CM, ICD-PCS, MS-DRG, and HIPAA requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and calibration sessions.
