Qualifications

• Certified coding credentials required or in progress.
• Deep knowledge of inpatient coding and DRG rules.
• Ability to audit and improve coding accuracy.
• Strong data analysis and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Audit inpatient coders and offshore auditors to ensure 95% DRG accuracy.
• Perform quality checks on visits coded per SOPs.
• Conduct calibration audits with offshore teams.
• Provide feedback and participate in client/stakeholder meetings.
• Maintain current knowledge of coding guidelines and regulations.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to leadership.
