Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to ensure patients receive prescriptions accurately, timely and respectfully. You will appropriately select, dose, administer and dispense medications to support health and well-being while expanding your clinical skills and participating in development initiatives.

A caregiver in this position works rotating days/evenings from 7:00AM - 3:30PM or 3:00PM - 11:30PM, with every 4th weekend and two holiday requirements.

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of Pharmacy.
• Current State licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligible for reciprocation within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient, patient-centered, evidence-based medication services.
• Verify medication orders and dispense medications accurately according to regulations.
• Document services in a complete, accurate and timely manner.
• Actively contribute to medication safety initiatives.
• Ensure all pharmacy operations comply with national accreditation standards.
• Educate and train students, residents, other caregivers and/or patients.
