Job summary

Telecare seeks a Clinical Director (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) to lead the Steve Wilson Recovery Center in Gresham, Oregon. This 100% in-person leadership role focuses on mentorship, quality of care, and collaboration with community providers to support adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders.

The position requires suburban Oregon licensure, leadership experience, and a commitment to recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care onsite with the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Current Oregon State licensure that is valid, current, and in good standing: LCSW, LPC, LMFT.
• Minimum one (1) year of behavioral health leadership or supervisory experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Experience serving individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders.
• Experience collaborating with families, community partners, and multidisciplinary treatment teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a multidisciplinary behavioral health team
• Mentor and develop licensed and unlicensed clinicians
• Drive quality improvement and clinical excellence
• Partner with the Administrator to guide program operations and strategic initiatives
• Build strong relationships with community partners throughout the Portland Metro area
• Foster a recovery-focused culture centered on dignity, respect, and outcomes
