Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director in Salem, OR to lead clinical services and ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Independently licensed in the state of practice in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in mental health.
• Knowledge of JC standards and applicable state/federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour management of all clinical functions in the facility.
• Lead clinical staff and provide coaching and mentoring to clinicians.
• Ensure compliance with documentation standards and program curriculum.
• Monitor facility metrics and drive improvements with regular feedback to staff.
• Deliver clinical supervision to clinicians not independently licensed.
• Coordinate trainings and ensure quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
