Job summary

Advanced Recovery Systems in Salem, OR is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee 24-hour clinical operations across the facility, ensuring high-quality care, group and individual therapy, family counseling, and case management in compliance with JC, ASAM, and state/federal standards.

You will lead the clinical team, develop programming, supervise licensed clinicians, monitor documentation, and collaborate with leadership to improve patient outcomes and staffing.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or health-related field required.
• Independently licensed to practice clinical discipline in the appropriate state; CPR certification required.
• Clinical Supervisor Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees 24-hour clinical operations within the facility.
• Develops clinical programming and ensures staff compliance with the curriculum.
• Audits documentation for compliance with Joint Commission, state regulations and policies.
