Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Manager of Inpatient Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) to lead the inpatient CDI program in Gainesville, FL. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive documentation quality, and collaborate with physicians, nursing, coding, and quality teams to optimize SOI, ROM, and CMI.

The role requires CDI leadership experience, strong analytical skills, and extensive knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related healthcare field.
• Minimum five years CDI experience.
• Three years progressive leadership experience in CDI or related healthcare operations.
• Experience in physician engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of the inpatient CDI program.
• Supervise CDI professionals and monitor key performance indicators.
• Drive process improvements to optimize documentation, coding, and reimbursement.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, coding, and quality teams to engage clinicians.
