Job summary

Universal Health Services’ Fuller Hospital in South Attleboro, MA is seeking a Clinical Social Worker to join the inpatient multidisciplinary team on the Developmental Disabilities Unit. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, focusing on inpatient and partial hospital settings.

Responsibilities include providing a comprehensive range of social work services, coordinating discharge and aftercare planning, and serving as primary liaison with external providers.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, counseling, or related field.
• Licensed or eligible for LCSW/LICSW/LMFT/LHMC in the future.
• Experience in hospital social work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a comprehensive range of social work services to patients in inpatient/partial hospital settings.
• Act as primary contact with external providers and participate in each patient’s treatment plan.
• Be the primary person responsible for discharge and aftercare planning.
