Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking an experienced registered nurse to coordinate delivery of high-quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle during the shift. You will provide clinical care as needed and communicate care and staff concerns to leadership.

The role requires Georgia RN licensure, BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and other relevant certifications with onboarding expectations. An impactful team environment and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital setting (Required)
• 2 years or more years of nursing experience in a hospital setting (Preferred)
• RN licensure in Georgia (Required)
• ACLS and PALS certifications required (per unit)
• NRP, AWHONN fetal monitoring program and related certifications required within specified timeframes

• Coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care during shift.
• Provides clinical care as needed when census demands.
• Communicates patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to the appropriate leader(s).
• Serves as resource for guidance and assistance to the staff.
