Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in psychology, social science, or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree in related area or in progress preferred.
• 3+ years of behavioral health experience preferred; can substitute for the degree.

• Assess and identify patients’ needs during therapy, psychoeducation, and recreation activities.
• Practice milieu management and monitor changes in patients across the unit.
• Utilize data to improve quality and ensure a safe patient environment.
