Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 and a High School Diploma or GED.
• 6 months of full-time Behavioral Health experience or related degree.
• Equivalently qualified candidates with related degrees may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments of members in crisis and assist in setting/reaching attainable goals.
• Pre-vocational training.
• Documentation and case management.
• Crisis intervention.
• Individual and counseling services to seriously mentally ill members.
• Contribute to a recovery-based environment.
• Involve significant others in the treatment plan when appropriate.
• Supervise and monitor members on site.
• Check vital signs as needed.
