Job summary

TaraVista Behavioral Health in Devens, MA is seeking a licensed social worker to join our inpatient multidisciplinary team. You will provide direct care, support patients and families, and contribute to discharge planning.

Requires Clinical Master’s Degree, LCSW or LMHC licensure eligibility, and CANS certification within 30 days. Prior inpatient behavioral health experience is preferred; familiarity with MedSphere/Vista EHR is a plus.

Qualifications

• LCSW or licensure eligibility for LMHC required.
• LICSW or LMHC with inpatient behavioral health or acute care experience preferred.
• Clinical Master's Degree required.
• CANS Certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in inpatient behavioral health or acute care settings preferred.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (MedSphere/Vista)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients, families, and guardians.
• Administer biopsychosocial assessments and multidisciplinary treatment planning.
• Case management and discharge planning.
• Assist with insurance utilization review and care coordination.
• Document goals and interventions in the treatment plan.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and direct care staff.
