Job summary

The Lindner Center of Hope in Mason, OH is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct professional nursing care within the psychiatry unit. You will implement treatment plans and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients across the lifespan.

You must hold an Ohio RN license; CPR within 30 days; PMH nursing certification preferred. The role emphasizes patient and family-centered care, safety, advocacy, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Psychiatric-mental health nursing certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct professional nursing care to patients per the treatment plan.
• Implement nursing standards, physical and psychological care, and evaluate responses.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust plans.
• Develop and incorporate family in the treatment plan and document progress.
• Assess patient risk and use de-escalation techniques as needed.
• Administer medications in accordance with policy and standards.
