The position requires an Ohio RN license, CPR within 30 days, and a commitment to family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Ohio.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Ability to provide age-specific and developmentally appropriate care.
• Demonstrates leadership and teamwork in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct professional nursing care per the treatment plan.
• Develop and adjust the treatment plan with the interdisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment and risk assessment in patient care.
• Administer medications per standards and policy.
• Collaborate with patients and families in care planning.
