Job summary

TaraVista Behavioral Health in Devens, MA is accepting applications for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Adult Inpatient Psychiatry. This full-time 32-hour day position offers a supportive, multidisciplinary team and opportunities to impact patients and families through evidence-based care.

The RN will assess and care for patients, participate in treatment planning, ensure a safe milieu, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff. Massachusetts license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts (MA)
• BSN preferred
• Advanced knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorders treatment modalities
• Understanding of Trauma-Informed Recovery model of care
• Valid CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical and psychological condition on an ongoing basis.
• Provide direct and indirect care as part of the multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to each patient’s treatment plan with goals and interventions.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in TaraVista's core values.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to implement care plans.
