FirstHealth of the Carolinas seeks an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide inpatient behavioral health coverage at Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst, NC. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
• NCCPA certification required for PAs; PMHNP certification for NPs.
• Minimum of two years of behavioral health experience strongly preferred.
• Eligible for North Carolina licensure and DEA registration.
• Current AHA ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient psychiatric rounding and behavioral health consultations in the hospital and Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers in a team-based setting.
• Provide PRN weekend inpatient coverage as part of a hospital-employer arrangement.
