Qualifications

• 5 years of Behavioral health nursing experience
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Promote patient health by supervising the nursing process.
• Direct, plan and provide nursing care in accordance with patient diagnosis and needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, multidisciplinary team members, and outside health and social agencies.
• Develop staffing plans to ensure sufficient nursing personnel for patient care needs.
• Mentor new nursing staff and support professional development.
• Ensure discharge planning is efficient and documentation is complete.
