Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN/Healthcare Admin preferred.
• RN license and BLS certification required.
• 5+ years nursing experience with inpatient behavioral health leadership.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health practices and regulations.
• Proficiency with EMR and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations in inpatient behavioral health unit.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff; assist with scheduling and performance management.
• Promote safe, high-quality care and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to maintain efficient operations.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and monitor clinical outcomes.
