Qualifications

• BSN required
• Active RN license in CT (or pending)
• Experience as a nurse educator or preceptor preferred
• Experience in acute care/ambulatory settings is preferred
• Evidence of leadership in education and quality improvement

Responsibilities

• Learning Facilitator: apply adult learning principles to close knowledge gaps.
• Collaborative Partner: work with nursing leadership to assess needs and develop programs.
• Role Development: promote professional nursing practice and standards.
• Mentor: support professional development of staff and ongoing learning.
• Competency Management: track and assess competencies.
• Orientation: develop and evaluate onboarding and role-change programs.
• Change Agent: drive process improvements using LEAN methods.
