The role partners with nursing leadership to drive competency development, onboarding, and evidence-based practice. A BSN with CT RN licensure and clinical teaching experience is required, including precepting and ongoing professional learning support.

Qualifications

• BSN required and CT RN licensure with BLS.
• Minimum of 3 years of active clinical nursing experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in acute care or ambulatory/ancillary environments.
• Experience as a preceptor is preferred.
