Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the therapeutic milieu and group programming during waking hours, ensuring consistent implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Develop, facilitate, and coach staff in evidence-based group programming and milieu interventions.
• Adapt the milieu to manage disruptive or high-risk behaviors; provide real-time coaching during crises.
• Conduct patient rounds to monitor location, risk level, and mental status; communicate changes to nursing.
• Lead shift assignments and delegate daily unit tasks, including environmental rounds and documentation oversight.
• Ensure unit safety and readiness for programming and care delivery.
