Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.

• Demonstrated leadership in milieu management, crisis intervention, and staff coaching.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within interdisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to trauma-informed, evidence-based, and family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Lead the therapeutic milieu and group programming during waking hours, ensuring consistent implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Design, facilitate, and coach staff in evidence-based group programming and milieu interventions.
• Adapt the milieu to proactively manage disruptive or high-risk behaviors; provide real-time coaching during crises.
• Engage families during visits; provide education on behavioral interventions, safety planning, and expectations for treatment.
