You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans with a multidisciplinary team, and provide individual and group counseling to clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications

• Maryland credentials or active trainee status as recognized by Maryland boards.
• Strong clinical assessment and counseling abilities across SUD and mental health.
• Experience in inpatient or residential behavioral health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and evaluate client needs.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with the team.
• Provide individual and group counseling and psychoeducation.
• Facilitate groups using evidence-based practices.
• Maintain compliant clinical documentation in the EHR.
• Coordinate care with referral sources and external partners.
