Qualifications

• Master's level license or CAADC certification required.
• Active pursuit of licensure or certification acceptable.
• PA RN license option may be considered for clinical roles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and evaluate clients' needs.
• Provide individual counseling, group therapy, and family counseling.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct Level of Care Assessments as required.
• Assist with aftercare and discharge plans for long-term recovery.
• Support crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and complete authorizations.
