Job summary

Carle Health seeks an experienced behavioral health clinician to join the inpatient team. You will provide individual, group, and family counseling, contributing to treatment planning and discharge planning for patients on the inpatient units.

Responsibilities include facilitating weekly group therapy, involving families, and applying cognitive behavioral techniques as appropriate. A master's degree in psychology, social work, or counseling and licensure (LCPC/LCSW) are required, with CPI

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work or counseling required.
• Licensed LCPC or LCSW with appropriate state license.
• CPI training within 3 months of hire required.
• Experience in inpatient behavioral health settings a plus.
• Familiarity with DAIR documentation and discharge planning.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group, and family counseling to support treatment goals.
• Delivers individual counseling per treatment plan.
• Facilitates at least one group therapy session weekly.
• Ensures family involvement at least twice weekly.
• Provides family counseling per treatment plan.
