Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family counseling to support treatment goals.
• Facilitate at least one regular group therapy session per week.
• Engage families in treatment at least twice weekly and in planning.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individual plans.
• Document assessments, progress, and discharge plans using DAIR formats.
• Assist with milieu management, assessments, and intakes when census is low.
