Job summary

Carle Health seeks a licensed behavioral health clinician to support inpatient services on behavioral health units. The role includes conducting individual, group, and family counseling, contributing to treatment planning and discharge planning, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Eligible candidates will hold a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, and/or Counseling, and possess LCPC and/or LCSW licensure with CPI training within 3 months.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Psychology required.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group, and family counseling to assist patients/families in achieving treatment goals.
• Provides individual counseling to patients as stipulated on the treatment plan.
• Facilitates group therapy at least once per week.
• Involves families in treatment at least twice per week.
• Provides family counseling as stipulated on the treatment plan.
