Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville is seeking a Clinical Nurse Supervisor for the PM shift (3pm-11pm). This full-time role oversees unit staff, coordinates patient placement, and ensures safe, high-quality care across behavioral health units.

You will assess patient conditions, develop and document care plans, authorize overtime, and supervise performance. Illinois RN license required; BSN or higher; CPI certification within 90 days; prior charge nurse or behavioral health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' condition and develop/ administer care plans.
• Document care and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Oversee unit personnel to ensure safe, cost-efficient nursing care.

• Oversee admissions/discharges workflows and unit projects.
• Guide staff on delivering care and resolving complex patient needs.
• Assist in hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplining staff.
