Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Supervisor for the Naperville area (PM shift: 3pm-11pm). The role involves leading nursing staff, coordinating patient care, and ensuring quality outcomes in a high-performing behavioral health unit.

Qualified applicants hold a Bachelor’s in Nursing with an Illinois RN license; CPI within 90 days is expected. Previous charge nurse and behavioral health experience are preferred, with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Demonstrates problem solving, conflict management, and customer service skills.
• Previous charge nurse experience preferred; behavioral health experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' condition and develop/ administer care plans.
• Oversee unit staff to ensure safe, cost-efficient nursing care.
• Coordinate patient placement and authorize overtime as needed.
• Support recruitment, orientation, training, and performance evaluations.
• Lead unit projects and coordinate with medical staff on patient care.
