Job summary

Westborough Behavioral Healthcare Hospital (WBHH) seeks a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our compassionate team of healthcare professionals.

The Behavior Analyst will support the Specialized Needs Unit by developing behavior plans, conducting behavioral analyses, and training staff and families in plan procedures. Primary responsibility includes ensuring the integrity of behavioral data essential for patient care.

Qualifications

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Experience working with dual diagnoses and/or developmental disabilities.
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of behavioral assessment and treatment protocols under guidance of clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to address patient needs and discharge planning.
• Perform formal behavioral analysis procedures for target behaviors.
• Coordinate behavioral assessment and treatment protocols for all patients.
• Model and teach behavioral plans to Staff/Families/Caregivers/Outpatient Teams.
• Provide supervision to registered behavior technicians (RBTs).
• Prepare and maintain data collection sheets, graphs, and data analysis for patients.
• Timely documentation of services provided.
• Facilitate family/caregiver training sessions and training material development.
