Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN required or BSN completion within 3 years.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the work of the nursing team and serve as the extension of the Nurse Manager.
• Provide day-to-day leadership presence and coaching.
• Support engagement, patient experience and quality outcomes.
• Assist with staffing and resource planning to meet productivity standards.
• Lead performance improvement actions and rounding to improve patient care.
