Qualifications

• EXPERIENCE - 1+ Years of Acute care experience.
• CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION – RN/NP licensure (Texas).

Responsibilities

• Assesses the physical and mental condition of patients and obtains medical histories.
• Orders, collects, interprets lab tests and diagnostic studies as needed.
• Prescribes and manages medical therapies within approved protocols.
• Develops comprehensive, outcomes-based treatment plans with physicians.
• Counsels patients and families on care plans, medications, and lifestyle.
