Qualifications

• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire.
• One year of healthcare experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Applies theory and standards for therapeutic practices.
• Assesses patient needs considering cultural, religious, and physical disabilities.
• Documents patient responses to interventions daily/weekly.
• Completes all assessments within allotted time frames.
• Formulates and updates treatment programs with measurable goals.
• Delivers therapy treatments per plan and communicates with the patient.
• Maintains communication with the treatment team and physicians.
• Offers age-appropriate activities aligned with the treatment plan.
