Lifepoint Health seeks an Inpatient Activity Therapist to join Copper Springs as part of our nationwide healthcare network. The role involves implementing therapeutic activities, composing treatment plans, and collaborating with the treatment team to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements include BLS, ACLS and PALS within set timelines, plus 1 year of experience. We offer comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities within a supportive hospital setting.

Formación

• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire.
• One year of healthcare experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Applies theory and standards for therapeutic practices.
• Assesses patient needs considering cultural, religious, and physical disabilities.
• Documents patient responses to interventions daily/weekly.
• Completes all assessments within allotted time frames.
• Formulates and updates treatment programs with measurable goals.
• Delivers therapy treatments per plan and communicates with the patient.
• Maintains communication with the treatment team and physicians.
• Offers age-appropriate activities aligned with the treatment plan.
