The role offers exposure to cloud, software, hardware, and AI/machine learning matters with top-tier clients and a broad range of complex commercial transactions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in IP and commercial contracts, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience at a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Deep knowledge of IP and commercial contract law related to software, hardware, and digital assets.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (CCPA, GDPR) and open source license frameworks.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on commercial and licensing agreements, IP matters, and product counseling.
• Assist startups, growth-stage companies, and enterprises on complex technology transactions and licensing.
