The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in IP and commercial contracts, strong drafting and negotiation

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience at a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Deep knowledge of IP and commercial contract law related to software, hardware, and digital assets.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on commercial and licensing agreements, intellectual property matters, and product counseling.
• Assist with cloud computing, IT procurement, and cross-border licensing transactions.
• Provide strong drafting, negotiation, and communication support in fast-paced matters.
